Liver-loving Salad

 

Dandelion is famous for toning and cleansing the liver. The leaves, yellow flowers and roots are all edible.

  • Ingredients
    • 2 cups of fresh unsprayed dandelion leaves and a few flowers (not the dead ‘wishes’)

    • 1 cup of arugula

    • 1 tablespoon of sliced purple onion

    • ½ mango, sliced

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 3 teaspoons lemon juice

    • pinch of Celtic Sea Salt to taste

  • Methods / Steps

    Toss all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
