Breakfast of Champions Porridge

This is a great recipe for any day of the week or take it along on your nextcamping trip.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup organic spelt or kamut flakes
  • 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup organic raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped organic dried apricots
  • 3 cups boiling water

Steps/Methods:

Add dry ingredients to boiling water in saucepan or pot. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, for 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired consistency. Add honey to taste.
