
Q: There are so many supplements available, I don’t know where to begin. What are the most important supplements to take regularly?
A: For daily use, three key supplements are recommended: a multivitamin/multimineral supplement that provides moderate doses of each important vitamin and mineral (read labels carefully to identify products formulated to contain ‘megadoses’ of certain nutrients); omega-3 fatty acids (at least 1,000 mg daily), and a probiotic supplement.
