Patti Allen is Naturally Savvy's Dream Expert

Patti Allen has a rich and varied background in the healing arts, education, public speaking, and writing. Certified as a body-centered psychotherapist, Patti runs a successful private practice as a practitioner of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method®. As a Reiki Master and trained energy healer, Patti is able add another dimension of healing to the mix.

Patti is a teacher in the field of Holistic Health and also teaches a course on dreams.

With a specialty in facilitating dream groups, she presents lectures and workshops on this subject. Patti holds a Master’s degree in Humanities, where her research focused on dream healing in ancient Greece. She has also created a series on dreamwork for parents and grandparents, teaching them how to work with their children’s dreams.

Patti has appeared as a frequent guest on television and radio where she teaches the public to work with their dreams. Most recently, Patti was featured in a 13-week television series called “In Dreams”, which appeared on the W channel.

Patti is most passionate about dreams and loves guiding others to access their inner wisdom through dreamwork.
