No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Drops

1 cup healthE Sweet
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup milk (Skim or unflavoured milk alternative)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cup organic quick rolled oats
1/2 cup organic raisins
4 tsp crushed flaxseeds (MegaOmega OrganicSprouted flax)

Directions

Mix HealthE Sweet and cinnamon powder. In a pot, place milk, HealthE Sweet and cinnamon blend and mix well. Add butter and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Stir to avoid burning. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes to cool. Place 1 tbsp drop on paper or in a muffin cup. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Servve cold. Can be frozen.

These drops contain a good source of fiber (soluble and insoluble), calcium, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, omega 3, EFAs and protein.
