Zurichgeschnetzeltes-or-diced chicken
Heat oil in a medium fry pan over medium high heat and add diced chicken, stirring constantly until lightly browned.Remove from pan.
Add the mushrooms with the lemon juice.
Saute for 1 minute.
Add the wine and cream.
Reduce heat to medium and return chicken to the pan.
Heat through and add salt and pepper to taste.
