Roasted Green Beans with Truffle Salt

Truffles have a beautiful earthy flavor that adds depth to this dish with overpowering the green beans. This recipe is vegan, vegetarian, gluten and egg free.

  • Ingredients
    • 2 pintgreen beans
    • olive oil
    • truffle salt
    • pepper, fresh ground
  • Methods / Steps
    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. Toss beans with olive oil and pepper then lay the beans on a sheet pan in one layer. You might need 2-3 baking sheets.
    3. Bake the beans until they caramelize. When you take the beans out of the oven, lay them on a platter and let them cool for 5 min. then sprinkle each layer with a pinch of truffle salt.

    Note: Do not throw truffle salt on the beans while they are cooking because the salt will lose the delicate flavor.
