Hot Amaranth Cereal

Amaranth is gluten-free and is a great way to get some grain variety into your diet.

  • Ingredients
    • 1 cup whole amaranth seed

    • 1 cup water

    • honey to sweeten

    • Methods / Steps
      1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.

      2. Add amaranth and stir. Simmer slowly. Add more water as needed.

      3. Sweeten with honey.
