

Enjoy this delicious pasta salad as a main meal or side dish.
1 cup whole grain or brown rice* pasta
1/2 cup organic tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon natural unpasteurized honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
1 clove organic garlic, minced
Cook pasta until al dente (firm, but not hard).
While pasta is cooking, mix together mustard, honey, vinegar, olive oil, pepper and garlic in a serving bowl.
Drain pasta, and add to mustard mixture. Add tomatoes and toss until the pasta is well-coated.
