Greek Salad

This salad is so healthy and fresh and I adore the salty tang of the feta. This recipe is lacto-ovo vegetarian, gluten free and egg free. Also you can make it raw, by using raw vinegar and raw milk feta.
- Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, medium dice
1 large yellow pepper, medium dice
1 red pepper, medium dice
1 large cucumber, small dice
small red onion, thin sliced
cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp fresh oregano, stemmed
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lemon (use fresh)
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
- Methods / Steps
Place the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, set aside. In a blender mix the last 7 ingredients and add to the vegetable mixture, season to taste.
