Gomasio

Sesame seeds are delicious and are a source of copper (helps with growth and maintenance of bone and connective tissues) and manganese (bone and cartilage health).

  • Ingredients
    • cup sesame seeds

    • teaspoon sea salt or rock salt

  • Methods / Steps

    Toast seeds in a hot oven or skillet for 5-10 minutes, stirring once. Add the salt and toast another minute. Cool and grind using a spice grinder or mortal and pestle.

    Use as a seasoning on just about anything!
