
This raw treat is high in antioxidents and satisfying. Great for a sweet tooth that also wants to be healthy! No guilt here!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almonds
- ½ cup of cashews
- 1 tablespoon of 100% raw chocolate powder
- 4 dates
- ½ vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of rock salt
- 1 tablespoon of honey, raw if desired
- 1 tablespoon dried grated coconut
- Pumpkin spice [optional]
- Goji berries
Steps/Methods:
Blend/grind all the nuts in a food processor.
Once the nuts are ground add the rest of the ingredients but the goji berries.
Empty out the mixture in a bowl and form it into small balls.
Add 2 goji berries on top each chocolate.
