Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

This easy make ahead dessert used tofu instead of dairy products, making this heart healthy and surprisingly light. Choose a natural peanut butter without added sugars or oils. Peanuts are a legume with good-for-you fats and vitamin E.

  • Ingredients
    • 1 package Nasoya Silken tofu

    • 3/4 cup peanut butter

    • 1/2 cup honey

    • 1/4 cup canola oil

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    • 1/8 teaspoon salt

    • 1 9-inch pie shell, baked *A whole grain or gluten free crust can be used*

  • Methods / Steps

    In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into the baked pie shell.

    Decorate with semi sweet chocolate shavings or curls. Freeze.

    Before serving, let thaw for about 10 minutes. So Easy!
