Coconut Raspberry Smoothie

Coconut milk is smooth, creamy and full of flavor. Choose a low fat coconut milk if you would like a lighter smoothie and any berry would work great! So quick this is a spa quality smoothie at home. Dairy, gluten and soy free!

  • Ingredients
    • 1 cup frozen organic raspberries, no sugar added

    • 1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut milk

    • 1 banana

    • 1 tablespoon honey (or agave syrup)

    • fresh raspberries to serve, if desired

  • Methods / Steps

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Thin with water if desired or using less coconut milk to lessen caloric load of this beverage. It will still be just as tasty!

    Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
