Chocolate Almond Bark

We love chocolate! Especially dark chocolate. However, we don't like the refined sugar that is found in most chocolates, so here is a wonderful recipe with all the taste and none of the refined sugar!
- Ingredients
8 oz (8 squares) unsweetened Baker's chocolate
1 cup raw or unpasteurized honey
1 cup toasted chopped almonds
1 cup raisins
- Methods / Steps
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Once melted, add the honey and stir until thoroughly combined and glossy in color.
Remove the chocolate from the heat and add the toasted almonds and raisins. Stir to combine well.
Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pat flat to desired thickness.
Put in the freezer until set. Chop into smaller pieces and store in the freezer for hard chocolate or in the fridge for softer chocolate.
