Blender Shake

Excellent for breakfast or after a workout. Very simple, clean flavors. Also gluten free.
- Ingredients
1 cup vanilla soy or almondmilk
1 banana
1 tablespoon nut butter (like peanut or almond butter)
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
