4 Layer Caramel Chocolate Oat Bars
Preheat oven to 350?.Combine all crust ingredients, blending well and forming crumbs.
Place 1/2 crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour caramel mix over top.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Chill 1-2 hours, then cut into bars.
