Naturally Savvy Question (Andrea): Can you tell us about your daily routine(s) to stay healthy?
Jack Wagner: I eat almost the same breakfast every day: organic broccoli, spinach, chicken breast, egg whites, and brown rice. It's kind of crazy. I'm always in the gym doing a lot of cardio, but I really try to eat healthy because I believe in it. As I get a older I need a little more help.
Naturally Savvy Question (Andrea): What do we all need to start doing to help preserve our planet?
Jack Wagner: I think the number one thing we need to do is to LOVE. I believe love spreads to everything. It's pretty much about that. The more love we have, the more we are going to love everything else -- including our planet.
Naturally Savvy Question (Andrea): What can we all do to live a more green lifestyle?
Jack Wagner: I think it has to start with our youth, the children of today. We really need to program into our kids heads how important it is to actually plant things -- you know, like really get into the earth. Kids are so busy with computers, texting and cell phones, that they really don’t get into the earth anymore. I think our kids need to learn and do that more often.
Naturally Savvy Question (Andrea): If you were going to buy and electric car, which car would you buy?
Jack Wagner: Any American car.
Naturally Savvy: Thanks for your time, Jack!
