Q. I take whole-food supplements & feel that I've made a very good choice. Some natural preservatives are used for the unique tablets formula. I've been taking these for over several years now (& have made other healthy changes in my life as well). My health has never felt better & I've had no unpleasant reactions or nausea. As for beverages, I also drink (daily) green tea in bottled water. It's very potent & offers polyphenols, EGCG, vitamins/minerals, amino acids & more. It does have ascorbic acid & maltodextrin (from corn) added, but is all natural otherwise. My diet includes natural or organic foods (rather simple though), condiments, sea salt, whole grain pastas and pilaf/rice blends (Kashi), organic cereals, Kefir, energy food bars and other reputedly good products. For herbal sweeteners, I use Stevia. For the most part, I have eliminated most processed foods & artificial preservatives from my diet and avoid soda, corn syrups, trans-fats & hydrogenated oils, sweeteners and other such items. Am I on the right track? - Sheila ▼
