Muface Daily Moisturizing Complex

As you may have read here before, I love a great facial oil. And this one has an amazing story to go along with it.
You have surely read the awesome book Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. If you have not yet read it, I highly recommend it. Mubeauty creator, Lise Petra read the book and was so inspired by Gilbert’s story that she, with her husband, traveled to Bali to meet the famed medicine man from the story.
Ketut, the medicine man, told Lise that she would experience something wonderful within the next two years. When she asked him what that would be, he touched her face and replied “make pretty”. Lise had worked with a haircare company over the 10 years prior and had no experience with skin care or makeup, so this information left her a bit confused.
Lise’s next visit was to Wayan, the traditional Balinese healer in Gilbert’s book. Here she and her husband had a day’s worth of Jamu treatments including skin rubs made from natural ingredients including honey, ginger, and turmeric.
Though they were not the spa treatments Lise was used to, these traditional concoctions left her skin looking terrific -- smooth, soft, and glowing. She began to investigate herbal remedies and their effects on skin and, after 2 years research and development, mubeauty was born.
I just love stories like that!
