Letting go of judgement will help us to let go of the drama that complicates our lives. Photo: Sam Howzit via Flickr. What if the judgment of something being comfortable or uncomfortable is somewhat irrelevant. Good or bad is just an opinion, because in the end, we likely can't know the whole picture. Now stay with me for a second, because I had trouble with this at first.

Your flow: If we let go of our judgment of what is going on with us, and simply engage life where it meets us, it would certainly transcend lots of drama. Maybe more discomfort comes when we resist what is happening. Perhaps, just maybe, there is a higher order that we don’t see. Not like destiny, more like a higher dance than what our personality would prefer. Sometimes we just have to surrender to the flow of life. Sometimes the alternative to 'not surrender' is just not worth it and the cool thing is, the Universe works it out regardless of your judgment!

Let Go of the Oars: I know how many times in life, I have judged what is happening, and one week, one month or one year later, I find out it was totally perfect. And that result is pretty consistent. When am I gonna learn? Okay, now…ready, go!

I said it before, and I’ll say it again. Let go of your attachments to how it should be and stop judging what exists that is the first law of the end of suffering.
