A delicious broth is the key to any great soup. Keep this basic broth in the refrigerator or up to two months in the freezer. By making your own broth, you control the sodium level, making it a healthier choice.
The Road Less Traveled |

You've probably heard me talk about the Not Belonging Club before. That club is for people who tend to take the road less travelled, who don't believe everything they hear or are taught. They want to figure stuff out in a way that feels good to them. They also tend to be open and willing to listen to their heart instead of everyone else (which may occasionally occur as stubborn). It often feels like they are on their own because not a lot of people think like they do. They are way-makers. You are a way-maker. When you are cutting a fresh trail, it will seem unfamiliar—sometimes illogicial—and it will be brilliant and miraculous as you learn to trust your own heart's calling. The good news is you are not alone. If the world is filled with those all seeking to find their path of most joy, that's an awfully big club! It may seem unfamiliar and unsupported sometimes to make the decisions that you make. Remember: unfamiliar becomes familiar pretty fast with practice. Comments (0)
