Retroactive Miracles

The key is to assume that whatever happens is perfect while it's happening—instead of waiting for two months before you feel blessed.

Assume that retroactive miracles have been happening your whole life! If you judge things that happen to you as "terrible" or "difficult," you will only ever see them that way. Sometimes things that appear that way are actually "challenging" and "important."

These challenges may be:

  • Awareness-giving, great forewarnings of things to come so you can get out now

  • Beautiful lessons so you don't make bigger mistakes

  • Plain old perfect because they paved the way for your present or future blessings

Today, just assume that what has happened to you in the past—or maybe a current challenge—is actually perfect and you just can't see it yet.
