Judge Yourself Much?

selfjudgmentSelf-judgment? Yes, we all do it.

We judge ourselves at some point or another. Judgments you pass on yourself later in life are usually reflections of judgments made on you by another earlier in life. Either way, they did not originate from truth, but from another who felt diminished and judged at some point in their life, too.

Self-judgment always comes from buying another person's version of who you are. The truth is always within and it always feels good. Listen to the unlimited megaphone of your heart, not the limited voice of others.

To wake up to your magnificence as a child of the Universe is to end the viscious cycle of judgment because you no longer need to find your happiness by looking to others. Nor do you blame your unhappiness on others. You are instantly whole in the realization of your true nature.

The best way to have a glimpse of who you are is to:

  • stand in a forest and just experience the abundance in spring.
  • hold a baby.
  • view a sunset.
  • simply choose to have the experience of unconditional love for no reason at all.
