Here are a few recipe ideas to start the summer celebrations off right:

Ginger Lime Mocktail

¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

1 teaspoon ginger zest

Simple Syrup (1 part water : 1 part cane sugar)

18 ounces Sparkling Essence Lime

Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir. Pour over ice into 2 cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.

Coco Colada

4 oz pineapple juice

2 oz coconut cream

A splash of Sparkling Essence Coconut

1 cup ice

Orange slice for garnish

In a blender, add ice, pineapple juice, Sparkling Essence Coconut, and cream of coconut. Blend until slushy. Pour into a chilled hurricane glass. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
