1. Blend 3 Tbsp coconut oil, 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, and 3 Tbsp minced garlic in the blender or coffee grinder for approximately 2 minutes. 2. Strain the mixture into a small jar to remove any of the bigger pieces of garlic. Put a clean, tight lid on it, and refrigerate for about an hour. 3. Use the GOOT externally in the following ways:
