This is a wonderful RAW, vegan, version of the traditional broccoli and bacon salad. It is so tasty that I take it along to all my picnics and summer potlucks, and always get tons of praise and requests for the recipe!
This is not the traditional broccoli dish; the florets are small and are marinated in the dressing to become softened and yet still crunchy resulting in a very delectable dish. When you prepare this dish, relish in the knowledge that broccoli is a heavy hitter when it comes to preventing colon cancer.
When you taste this delicious salad that is filling enough to be a meal, you will be focusing on the palatable flavor and not the inherent health benefits. You will surely be tempted to make this recipe over and over again, for the flavor alone!
