The thumba plant is very common in Kerala and it is used in some ayurvedic medicines. The directions are to take one tablespoon of the medicine and four tablespoons of warm water twice daily before food.

I feel that I was drawn to this traditional physician and am eager to begin treatment. I’ll be ordering these today. There is much we can learn from traditional medicine ways from all around the world.
