Q: I hope you can help me on this? Is there a supplement or food I should be taking for being off balance? I drool and my hands tend to shake? -Lawrence

Foods and nutrients that support the nervous system include B vitamins and magnesium. B vitamins are found in whole grains, dark leafy greens, lentils, and B complex supplements (e.g., B50 twice daily). Magnesium is available from green vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, liquid chlorophyll (add it to water and drink throughout the day), and seafood.
